Monica Rose offers a compassionate approach and more than 10 years of experience as a therapist in Michigan, treating a wide range of conditions in various settings. My aim is to make therapy an experience that helps you thrive in your everyday life, not just talk about it. I believe therapy isn't about sitting in a room talking about everything that's wrong with you. It's about understanding what's happening, finding ways to manage it, and helping you move toward the life you actually want.

My approach is compassionate, practical, and collaborative. I believe therapy should give you a place to feel genuinely seen while also giving you tools you can use outside of our sessions.

Alternative Pride Wellness is a fully virtual practice, offering convenient and secure online therapy from the comfort of your own space. All services are provided through telehealth, and no in-person services are currently offered.
